How many people can answer the question, "What do you do for a living?" with the answer, "I help find cures for cancer." At LLS, employees take our mission seriously. Whether you work in one of our chapters, are an accountant at the national office or a specialist in our Information Resource Center, you work each day on making our mission a reality: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Join us and give new meaning to the word, "job."

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) currently uses Salesforce as the CRM for the Patient Access team, which is responsible for the direct delivery of Mission-related services to patients. The Salesforce implementation for Mission is in the process of being reengineered to better suit and provide further automation for the evolving business needs of the Patient Access team.  The Patient Access implementation will consist of several integrations with external data repositories such as the LLS Copay system, InContact, IBM Marketing Cloud, and Epsilon.  Once the work on the Patient Access implementation is complete, the Client Service Group (CSG) for Mission and Donor Development will begin implementing Salesforce for Donor Dev, which currently uses a proprietary system (M360) and other tools for tracking interactions with Donors.  In order to better support our growing Salesforce needs, LLS is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Developer to drive automation of processes and manage the integrations to our various business systems for our Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment. This includes technical design/development, configuration, maintenance, and integration with other systems.  This in-house developer will be a hands-on certified Salesforce Developer who will work with our internal Salesforce team, as well as partner with vendors and Salesforce.com as needed, to ensure that the code and end-user experience is fully tested, high quality, and in accordance with LLS business requirements prior to delivery.
