In partnership with HR and LLS Chapter/National Office leadership, the Head of Talent Acquisition will define, implement and sustain the talent recruitment and acquisition strategy, processes, team, tools and practices to build the most talented work force in the non-profit arena.
In particular, the Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition solutions to address LLS’s aggressive growth needs:
Reports to: Senior Director, Field Human Resources
Supervises: 3 Recruiters directly, 1 Recruiter indirectly (Home Office Recruiter), and one Recruiting Coordinator
