    Overview

    As a key member of the Salesforce team, you will focus on the coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget and scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects. You will also prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.

    The successful candidate will work directly with internal clients and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
    • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal clients and all stakeholders
    • Manage Salesforce-related projects (especially data integrations)
    • Have ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Demonstrate project management experience leading multiple, concurrent, complex projects
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the internal clients and all stakeholders

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • PMP certification and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus
    • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
    • A strong project management background specifically in software development
    • Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
    • Experience with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Portfolio)

    Position Requirements

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Develop a project plan to be shared with internal clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
    • Use and continually develop leadership skills
    • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar
