As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization the Region Executive Director leads business decisions and teams to drive regional growth and execute organizational business strategy. This role is accountable for strong leadership in driving mission and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) integration; financial oversight and management; operations management; employee lifecycle management; and volunteer leadership and management in designated markets.
